I live out of town, and so Alex arranged everything. He coordinated all the work that needed to be done, got multiple quotes, met them over there, and got us listed on the timeline we talked about. We were under contract 24 hours after listing for what we asked for.

He did extra things like shut the outside water off for us in the cold weather, ship things we forgot to pack up, answer all our questions, and explain each step of the process. I couldn’t come up with a single complaint if I tried. We really appreciated his work ethic and positive demeanor. Very positive experience.

We had not sold a home in 20 years so had forgotten everything. Alex walked us through every step patiently. We had a complex timing for selling our home based on availability to prep and move and a long vacation. Alex helped us plan how to do that. Ultimately, Alex completed the final steps while we were on vacation including making sure the movers didn’t damage our home, organizing a final cleaning person, donating some items we didn’t have time to donate, and handing over keys to name some of the things because the move and final sale took place while we were out of the country. He also was critical in the negotiations from initial price through due diligence and final sale. We were very pleased with Alex and would recommend him to anyone.

He presented us with a well thought plan to sell our home for top dollar, but also with as few disruptions as possible to get it done. We were shocked to learn that he was able to get our home under contract while we were out of town on spring break with our kids. We had to do the majority of the sale and negotiation from a distance and Alex was exceptional with communication and guidance throughout the process. Following the initial contract and explanation of the process, Alex was plug-n-play and we had to do very little aside from taking periodic phone calls.
